Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role ensures the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers great service. The team operates with a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.

The Service Leader will be on their feet, clocked in, and ready to support tasks when busy. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and daily administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety measures and time/temperature controls.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked.
