Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and trained crew. This role also oversees line operations, scheduling, and daily tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has restaurant experience, understands food safety, and can lead and develop team members while maintaining excellent guest service. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Mansioni

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized and equipment functioning.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews and scheduling.
• Monitor food safety practices, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily safety checklists.
• Assist with office administration, banking policies, and supplies management.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and shift meetings, and help resolve customer incidents.
