Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices and glove changes, monitor line time.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administrative duties and paperwork.
