Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive guest experience. The role oversees line, training, and scheduling while maintaining a clean work area and supporting leadership development.

You will resolve food quality issues, uphold food safety standards, and assist with crew performance and office duties as needed, in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma and restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork and processes.
• Ability to speak, read and write in the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew development, performance reviews, and training of front-of-house staff.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure satisfaction.
• Support food safety practices, including hand washing, glove changes, and daily checklists.
• Assist with office administration tasks and inventory where needed.
• Develop future Service Leaders and contribute to a smooth shift operation.
