Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hampton, VA seeks a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and outstanding customer service. You will maintain a clean, organized line, train crew, and step in when needed.

Responsibilities include enforcing food safety, monitoring line timing, resolving customer incidents, and supporting crew scheduling and performance reviews while developing future leaders.

Qualifications

• Understanding and applying Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department requirements.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location, and basic office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized; ensure equipment functions properly.
• Train and develop the front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support office administration when needed.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with miscellaneous duties as required.
