Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety which includes: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf life checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies.
