Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, quality food and by keeping the crew trained and motivated. You will supervise the line, monitor equipment, and assist with office tasks as needed.

You will help resolve food safety issues, manage breaks and shifts, and develop front-of-house staff toward leadership roles. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Understand and apply Chipotle’s food safety policies.
• Maintain handwashing and glove protocol; monitor line temps and shelf life.
• Keep front-of-house crew trained; support customer service.
• Communicate effectively in the primary work location language(s).
• Assist with office tasks and administrative duties as needed.
