Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support safety efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and improving experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support miscellaneous office administration duties as needed.
