Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. You will keep the line clean and organized, with functioning equipment, and help on tasks during slow periods.

The role includes supervising food safety, staff scheduling, training, and supporting administration duties.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Aufgaben

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices (hand washing, glove changes, temps, shelf life).
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leaders development.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and ensure office supplies are stocked.
