Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep a clean, organized line and support front-of-house operations, while assisting with office tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring food safety, resolving incidents, supervising crew schedules, and contributing to the development of future Service Leaders. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf-life monitoring, Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle office admin tasks and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
