Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while training the restaurant crew. The role maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and requires being on your feet, clocked in, with proactive task completion when busy.

Formación

• Experience with cash handling policies.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and records.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English at work location.

Responsabilidades

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains working and supplies are ordered.
