Job summary

Ampersand Brands, LLC’s Lolli & Pops is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder in Bridgewater, NJ. This role partners with the Store Manager to drive guest experiences, coach a team, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment.

You'll lead daily operations, monitor KPIs, assist with training, scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and ensure policies are followed while acting as a brand ambassador for Lolli & Pops and Ampersand Brands. A lifting requirement and discount benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to meet them
• Lead guest engagement, product sampling and knowledge sharing
• Coach and develop team members and lead by example
• Assist in training, scheduling, and paperwork, inventory management
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently
• Be a brand ambassador for Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
