Qualifications

• Previous management/supervisory experience.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• In charge of day to day operations in the front of house.
• Build a positive atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and leave satisfied.
• Help recruitment and hiring for current and future staffing needs.
• Train existing crew and new hires to deliver the crisp standard.
• Identify and develop future leaders.
• Challenge your team to become better every day.
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow.
• Maintain a clean and organized line with properly functioning line equipment.
• Manage food safety through line temps, handwashing and glove use.
• Monitor secondary shelf lives and enforce all food safety policies and procedures.
• Clear understanding of operating procedures, recipes, and restaurant handbook.
• Effectively communicate changes to restaurant team including changes to menu, policies, and team member benefits.
• Resolve customer incidents and work to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with banking, cash handling, and other office paperwork.
• Facilitate marketing, promotions, and events.
• Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out.
