Crisp & Green is seeking a talented Team Lead to join our front of house and coach the crew on service, safety, and the crisp standard. You will train and mentor FOH staff, oversee daily operations, and help ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

The Team Lead will lead their team with an eye on the food, feel, and flow of the restaurant each shift. Position Overview:

As a Team Lead, you will be in charge of training and development of our FOH teams while maintaining our crisp standards with regards to food safety and quality.
