Job summary

Lolli & Pops is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our Fairfax, VA store. You’ll lead daily store operations, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment.

As a keyholder, you will coach staff, monitor KPI targets, assist with payroll and ordering, and ensure merchandising standards. A strong, energetic leadership style with a willingness to lift up to 75 lbs is valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action.
• Keep the team focused on guest engagement, sampling and product knowledge.
• Maximize team performance through coaching and leading by example.
• Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
• Assist Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory management.
• Maintain visual/merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Enforce policies and operational directives consistently.
