Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required.
• Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS.
• Strong customer communication skills, in-person and on the phone.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist other service advisors to meet customer needs.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously in the service lane.
• Listen to repair needs and articulate them to technicians.
• Present recommended services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
• Maintain CSI scores by dealership standards.
