• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently.
• Help drive labor sales, hours per RO, and customer retention.
• Monitor repair progress and communicate with customers, technicians, and management.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive service experience.
• Support advisor training and enforce department processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation per dealer and manufacturer standards.
