Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain automotive services and repairs clearly to customers.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, Parts personnel, management, and customers.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally while creating a positive service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and repair needs
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle needs
• Prepare accurate repair orders and communicate service recommendations clearly
• Provide customers with regular updates regarding repair status, costs, and completion times
• Work closely with technicians and the Parts Department to coordinate vehicle repairs
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with customers
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Utilize dealership systems and technology to manage repair orders and customer information
