Zusammenfassung

SEB Professional North America is seeking a Planned Service Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate execution of planned service activities for commercial coffee equipment. You will coordinate preventive maintenance and installation projects, serving as the central contact among customers, service providers, logistics partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include scheduling, communications, and project tracking across SAP, Salesforce, and ERP workflows.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, service coordination, administrative support, project coordination, sales support, call center operations, or similar environment.
• Experience coordinating field service, preventive maintenance, installations, logistics, or order fulfillment preferred.
• Experience working with third-party service contractors and reviewing service or installation documentation.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with customers, service providers, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong organization, follow-up, problem-solving, planning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and CRM/ERP platforms.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate preventive maintenance visits and installation projects from start to finish.
• Schedule visits, confirm site access, equipment details, and service scope.
• Manage inquiries via email and phone, provide timely responses, and route technical matters.
• Close service cases in Salesforce with accurate labor, parts, notes, and completion info.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and elevate risks to supervisor.
• Track installation progress and ensure timely project closure.
