Qualificações

• 2–4 years customer service experience.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Able to think logically to provide answers and resolutions.
• Capable to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers, clarify information, explain solutions, and diffuse tense situations.
• Identify and resolve product issues and customer complaints.
• Troubleshoot via phone/email and perform basic root cause analysis.
• Create service cases in Salesforce with proper priority and categorization.
• Review warranty eligibility and maintain service call records.
