Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in service coordination or related roles.
• Experience with coffee equipment service operations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Strong organization with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor email, phone, voicemails, and service channels within scheduled hours.
• Dispatch to technicians or vendors and track progress to resolution.
• Gather intake details: location, equipment, symptoms, impact, and tests already done.
• Maintain accurate case records in ERP/CRM and ensure timely billing.
• Escalate urgent issues to appropriate managers.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up with stakeholders.
