You will guide electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and small-project operations and manage service leaders, technicians, and support teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and execution to improve customer satisfaction, workforce development, and recurring revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in service operations (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or trades).
• 5+ years leading field technicians, service managers or project managers.
• Proven growth, profitability, and workforce development for a service business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Service Division's performance and growth.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and KPIs.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, dispatching and project execution.
• Foster customer relationships and account growth.
• Mentor service managers and field leaders.
• Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data to enhance service delivery.
