Gerry Lane Enterprises in Baton Rouge, LA, seeks a Service Business Development Coordinator to assist customers with questions, set service appointments, and help grow the service business. You will join a fast-paced team and receive training from our in-house team and manufacturers.

In this role you will help deliver a memorable service experience, coordinate with service and parts, and contribute to a culture of growth, competitive pay, and strong customer care.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
• Team player attitude.
• Prompt and courteous.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer service customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Provide customers vehicle information, service history and warranty coverages.
• Follow up with service leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, service team and dealership management.
• Answer service calls and transfer the call to the appropriate employees.
• Coordinate appointments between service and parts.
