Job summary

Gerry Lane Enterprises in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Service Business Development Coordinator to join the service team. You will assist customers with questions, vehicle information, and set service appointments, while engaging in internal training programs to ensure success.

Responsibilities

• Answer service customer calls and establish follows-up with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.
• Provide customers vehicle information, service history and warranty coverages.
• Follow up with service leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, service team and dealership management.
• Answer service calls and transfer the call to the appropriate employees.
• Coordinate appointments between service and parts.
