Job summary

New Leaf Community Markets seeks a Manager of Service to supervise Front End, Juice & Coffee, Floral, Home Delivery, and Store Safety. This role reports to Store Director and requires Exempt status, with leadership responsibilities across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail management, strong team leadership, and a passion for hospitality and community. Excellent communication and adherence to safety policies are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card, Alcohol Server Permit, and ServSafe Certification.
• Experience with MS Office and POS/inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop employees under direct supervision.
• Manage front-end, departments, and store safety in coordination with leadership.
• Control labor costs and inventory, and ensure pricing integrity.
• Monitor compliance with policies and safety standards.
