The role requires managing staff, training, scheduling, and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, signage and service. You will balance labor, sales and margin goals, coach employees, handle escalated customer issues, and partner with store leadership to deliver a exceptional guest experience in a vibrant community

Qualifications

• Previous front-end management experience preferred.
• Retail or grocery experience required or preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach staff and manage schedules and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all areas of the Front End department.
• Train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain department appearance, signage, staffing and service levels.
• Manage labor, sales and margin goals and develop plans to improve results.
• Ensure cash handling and register procedures are followed.
• Comply with alcohol sales and other state/local regulations.
