Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading store operations, including staffing, training, performance, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and oversee the store in the Store Manager/Asst. Store Manager's absence.
• Drive store sales, recruit and retain team members, and manage labor and margins.
• Schedule, train, and develop team members and manage discipline and performance appraisals.
• Build candidate pipeline and organize in-store hiring events with Region Talent Advisor support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and regulatory standards.
