Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing organization. We are seeking a Service Foreman to supervise technicians, assist in diagnosis, and coordinate with service advisors to produce accurate repairs and estimates.

The role involves leading daily shop operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining warranty and repair documentation, with focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and efficient service delivery in Springdale, AR.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred.
• Minimum of four years of experience in related field with service background and knowledge of warranties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision and performance management of service technicians; schedule and assign work.
• Coordinate with Service Manager to maximize efficiency and quality of work.
• Assist Service Advisor in greeting customers, selling service labor, writing repair orders, and estimating costs.
• Inspect and road test vehicles to ensure quality of repairs.
• Keep warranty information up to date and properly filed.
• Inform Service Manager of customer complaints for resolution.
• Pre-Plan parts requirements and assist in training.
• Open and close repair orders as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.
