Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment

• Dispatch service tickets to field technicians and prioritize based on location and urgency
• Coordinate schedules and routing with technicians
• Document service calls, status, and parts requests in internal systems
• Communicate service status updates to customers and teams
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with receiving and shipping processes
