• Strong written and verbal communication skills and conflict-resolution capability.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary escalation point for high-risk or sensitive customer situations, driving service recovery.
• Schedule, adjust, and optimize service appointments using dispatch/CRM systems, balancing needs and capacity.
• Support booking outcomes through confident call control and proactive follow-up to reduce cancellations.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/dispatch system with thorough notes and resolutions.
• Share best practices and coach peers in CSR roles to maintain standards during peak periods.
