Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Team player attitude and strong customer focus.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow through and complete tasks thoroughly.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug testing.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Advisors with checking in customers and their vehicles.
• Help customers setting appointments, verify parts for appointment and reminder calls.
• Manage CX Experience program from Ford for Pick-up, Delivery and Remote Service.
• Support service advisors to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Contribute to a growth-oriented, award-winning dealership environment.
• Strive to ensure customer satisfaction with service delivered.
• Maintain strong interactions with service team, technicians and management.
