During the first months, you will rotate through reception, payments, service greeting, and technology setup, learning how departments work together and where your strengths fit.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with customers.
• Reliable, organized, and willing to learn.
• Positive, team oriented, and customer focused.
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic technology.
• Patient when helping customers with vehicle features and phone setup.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct to departments.
• Welcome service customers and assist with check-in.
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
• Assist customers at the front desk and process cashier transactions.
• Support new vehicle deliveries by explaining basic features.
• Help customers pair phones, set up FordPass, Bluetooth, and review vehicle technology.
• Provide a friendly, helpful experience before, during, and after visits.
• Communicate with sales, service, finance, and management as needed.
• Learn dealership systems and daily processes.
• Keep customer areas organized and clean.
• Assist with other admin and customer support tasks.
