Job summary

Fields BMW of Northfield is seeking a Service Advisor to own our customers’ experience in the service lane, greeting vehicle owners and guiding them from check-in to explanation of repairs.

We welcome individuals from customer service, retail, hospitality, or related fields, with pay ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, paid training, and team incentives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
