Fields BMW of Northfield is seeking Service Advisor candidates to join our dealership team. You will be the first point of contact in the service lane and will be knowledgeable about product offerings, scheduling, and customer service to deliver a premium experience.

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt service to customers.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone, to ensure proper handling.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
