Fields BMW of Northfield is seeking an Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others.

Qualifications

• Organized and customer-focused professional.
• Ability to manage others and schedules effectively.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Acceptable driving record and willingness to undergo checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and complete related tasks.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated and sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to optimize service throughput.
