Fields BMW of Northfield is seeking energetic Service Advisors to own the customer experience in the service lane and coordinate with technicians. You will greet owners, explain repair processes, and ensure a premium service encounter from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer's experience by completing related tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries via phone or in person.
• Efficiently manage technicians' time and daily inventory for service work.
• Distribute work between technicians to optimize service throughput.
