Job summary

Ron Tonkin Honda, Portland's trusted Honda dealer, seeks a Main Line Advisor to bridge the service drive between guests and technicians. You’ll communicate repairs, prioritize essential services, and present options to guests, ensuring a seamless experience.

You’ll help drive technician productivity and sales while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of automotive advising experience, strong CDK knowledge, and a team-first mindset with sharp attention

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in automotive advising is strongly recommended.
• CDK experience is strongly recommended.
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to spot small issues before they become problems.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between the shop and the guest, explaining repairs and needs clearly.
• Drive results by meeting and exceeding service sales forecasts.
• Consult and curate essential services and provide options to guests.
• Keep guests updated on completion times, costs, and changes in the repair process.
• Own the guest experience to ensure a VIP departure.
