With 1–3 years of automotive advising experience and CDK familiarity, you will drive sales, help prioritize services, and keep customers informed about costs and timelines.

• Prior CDK experience strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Be the Expert: Bridge the gap between the shop and the guest, explaining repairs and technical needs clearly
• Drive Results: Maximize technician productivity by meeting and exceeding sales forecasts
• Consult & Curate: Help guests prioritize essential services and provide options that fit their needs
• Keep the Loop Closed: Proactively update customers on completion times, costs, and any changes in the repair process
• Own the Experience: Ensure every guest leaves feeling like a VIP
