Priority Honda Hampton, now part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our fast-paced service team in Hampton, VA. If you have a proven track record as a dealership Service Advisor and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

• 1–5 years dealership Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• General knowledge of automotive mechanical operations.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Polished and professional; highly organized with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and responsive communication to customers.
• Explain vehicle repairs and estimates clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments and plate workloads.
