AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor in Buford, GA to bridge between service technicians and customers and to explain repair recommendations in clear terms. You will identify maintenance needs, propose up-sell opportunities, and help customers plan ongoing vehicle care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals & the targeted customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive.
• Determine vehicle needs based on information and walk-arounds.
• Use consultative selling to plan for ongoing maintenance.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff for timely completion.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
• Gain product knowledge to help customers.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
