Job summary

New Country Motor Car Group is seeking a Service Advisor to drive service sales and maintain strong customer relationships. You will be the dealership's first-line liaison, guiding customers through diagnoses, estimates, and repairs with a focus on quality service and satisfaction.

The role requires clear communication, a professional appearance, and a commitment to teamwork to support growth and long-term customer bonds in a community-focused dealership group.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record for driving customer and demonstrator vehicles.
• Must be a team player with honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously at all times.
• Schedule service appointments using dealership-approved forms.
• Communicate with service customers to accurately determine the nature of the mechanical issue.
• Obtain agreement from customers before repairs; cover the cost estimate and expected completion time.
• Collect customer and vehicle data and secure payment method.
• Test drive the vehicle with the customer if needed to clarify the issue.
• Inspect vehicles for required bodywork and inform customers of necessary work.
• Advise customers on proper car care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are properly documented and accounted for.
