New Country is seeking a Service Advisor to drive service sales and gross profit while delivering outstanding customer service. This role serves as the dealership's first-line customer relations and service sales representative, with responsibilities spanning appointment scheduling, problem clarification, and purchase of repairs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information to customers.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required for driving customer and demonstrator vehicles.
• Team player with integrity and professional conduct.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance and behavior at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously and acknowledge those waiting.
• Schedule appointments using dealership-approved forms.
• Communicate with customers to determine the nature of the problem and interpret statements.
• Secure agreement on repairs, provide cost estimates and completion timeline.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data and secure payment method.
• Test drive the vehicle with the customer when needed to clarify issues.
• Inspect vehicles for body work and notify customers when needed.
• Advise on car care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are properly accounted for.
