Job summary

Mitutoyo America Corporation is seeking an Order Estimates Clerk to support our Calibration & Repair team. You will prepare service estimates, process orders, and maintain clear communication with customers throughout calibration and repair processes.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and customer-focused service, with work taking place in office, lab, and warehouse environments. A high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing estimates for calibration and repair services.
• Receive, process, and enter customer orders into the system.
• Maintain accurate records for active and completed service orders.
• Respond to inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on customer accounts and credit information.
• Assist customers and regional offices with questions related to invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing.
