Job summary

Mitutoyo America Corporation is seeking an Order Estimates Clerk to support our Calibration & Repair team. You will prepare service estimates, process orders, and maintain records to ensure timely communication with customers.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM in an office environment that includes calibration lab and warehouse spaces. You’ll collaborate with Accounts Receivable and internal departments to keep orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional specialized training preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Work involves office, calibration laboratory, and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities
