Job summary

Target, in Whittier, CA, is hiring a Service and Engagement Team Leader to foster an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience across in-store and digital channels. You will lead hourly teammates, coach on service standards, and manage daily workloads to hit sales and loyalty goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and is suitable for someone with retail experience who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and changing schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
• Strong communication across devices and teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Train and guide team to meet Target's guest experience commitments.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants to exceed service expectations.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to achieve store goals and guest engagement.
• Support drive‑up and pickup operations with accuracy and efficiency.
