Job summary

Target is hiring a Service and Engagement Team Leader in California. The starting pay per hour ranges from 27.00 to 29.00, with the full pay range up to 45.90 per hour.

The role includes leading a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring efficient operations across the store. You will supervise scheduling, coaching, and performance, and collaborate with leaders to meet sales and guest-service goals.

• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
