Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly shopping environment.
• Train and lead hourly team members, focusing on guest service and store operations.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support sales goals and merchandising plans.
• Partner with leadership to execute brand standards and maintain visual presentations across departments.
• Help hire and onboard new team members and coach for performance.
