Qualifications

• Residential property management experience preferred.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication.
• Maintain records in property management software for all maintenance requests.
• Assist Property Manager with lease renewal process.
• Travel to properties to coordinate move-in/move-out with tenants.
• Prepare notices and routine correspondence as directed by Property Manager.
• Respond to prospective residents and conduct property reviews with them.
