Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Santa Rosa, CA. You will support the Property Manager in daily operations, leasing, and financial performance to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities include processing rent, handling collections, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with maintenance to ensure operational excellence. A detail-oriented, customer-focused professional will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 2 years in multifamily residential property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, ADP; experience with Yardi/Entrata is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and post rent payments per company standards.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances and former resident accounts.
• Maintain accurate resident files and write-ups meeting company standards.
• Support leasing and move-in processes; process applications and renewals.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure high-quality service.
