Job summary

PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Santa Rosa, CA. The role supports tenants and owners with a service-minded approach, maintaining accurate records and coordinating move-ins and maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• Residential property management experience is preferred.
• Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all business per company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and housing laws.
• Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication.
• Maintain records in property management software for all maintenance requests, ensuring timely work within estimated costs.
• Assist Property Manager with the lease renewal process.
• Travel to properties within the scheduled time to coordinate Move-In/Move-Out with tenants.
• Prepare notices and routine correspondence as directed by Property Manager.
• Communicate with prospective residents and meet to review properties.
• Communicate with residents throughout the rent collection process.
• Assist in preparing Security Deposit Disposition per state laws and company policies.
• Prepare leases with required addenda and attachments for signature.
• Ensure property and tenant information is documented in management software.
• Maintain all communications in the management software for team visibility.
